Adviser’s Note

Hillsborough College provides an array of opportunities for students at various stages of their educational journeys, serving as a gateway to learning regardless of the direction they choose. This biennial edition of the Triad emerges during a period filled with both innovation and challenges within journalism, mass communications, and the arts. Thanks to the steadfast efforts of the Hawk Media Club, the Triad has become a celebrated platform that embodies the essence of all our students.

Art takes shape in numerous forms—expressing love, pain, comfort, or vulnerability—but fundamentally, each piece conveys a distinct narrative. In this edition, I wish to highlight the dedication of every contributor. The courage to create and share your story amid today’s hurdles is truly admirable. This commitment encourages the Triad to feature the rich diversity of artistic expression, showcasing the beauty and emotion present in student creations.

I am immensely proud to have advised this latest volume. A sincere thank you to all the students who submitted their work. I warmly invite you to explore the 2025 edition of Hawk Media’s Triad!
