This is so sweet. the baby look so clam I love babies he is so cute. be careful your son Might be a fighter look at that fist balled up. your son the next Floyd may-weather how does that sound.
This picture is viewed to me different ways. First I connected the picture to a picture my sister took with her new born sun a few weeks ago. Then during my second look I saw a moment of pride and the importance of the next generation. Almost like a Lion King moment with Simba looking to his soon to be village of lions. Overall this picture is a beautiful thing no mater what meaning you connect to it.
This picture is so beautiful! To me, this picture makes me think of how fragile one is, but it also makes me think of the potential life has. Who knows what he will grow up to be? That is the beauty of a baby, they have everything in front of them, yet we know nothing of what they will become. The way he is being held on a forearm really emphasizes how tiny he really is. It is incredible to think that we all started out that way.
Aw, what a beautiful baby boy! This photo speaks volumes to me. I wish there was a way i could start my life all over again as a new born and have a clean slate. He looks so calm and fragile. Its crazy to think we all started out so tiny and honest. I love everything about this photo!
It is crazy how little he is! He is as big as your forearm! My sister has had six kids (she had twins twice) and none of their baby pictures look like this! i love that it is in black and white i feel like it makes him look so peaceful and fragile. love the picture!
This is absolutely beautiful. I love the contrast between strength and smallness, that his life is literally in your hand. I have a similar photo of my nephew and brother. It was important to me to show how tiny his son was at the time, since he would never be that small again. Now my nephew is too big to fit in my brother’s lap, and will soon be taller than him. But that is the goal, that our daughters and sons might be more than we are.
This is a beautiful photo, and a beautiful child. I love the pose. When my nephew was born, my brother-in-law held him for a picture in the same manner. When I look at the picture and the pose it portrays a sense of protections to me. I see a father holding the weight of his son, and though he won’t be able to do it physically forever I feel like symbolism remains true throughout his life.
This is so sweet! I’ve always told myself I wanted a picture like this when I have my first child. This just solidifies that wish. It is happening, for sure. He looks very comfortable and happy. Congratulations on such a beautiful baby.
How beautiful. A sonogram does not capture the strength of the child as a life or the power of the arm to bear the burden(efforts) to care for the child. I have three and each birth was different from the last but the impressions of each child is special. Congratulations, on a unique gift that you captured so well .Small but fragile being held by strength and tenderness.
This is such a good picture. I have to agree with the previous comment when they say how peaceful and fragile he is. The innocence of his eyes travels through the screen. This is just a great picture. It’s crazy to see how small a baby is.
This is such a beautiful picture. In less than two weeks I will be celebrating my sons fourth birthday. this picture reminds me that four years ago my son also was this small. its incredible that for a short period of time, a baby is small enough to be grasped with nearly one palm. I love how the babys first is balled up. it speaks power.
such a beautiful picture! I will be celebrating my sons fourth birthday next week. This picture reminds me just how last they really grow. its remarkable that my son could fit in my palm and forearm just like this picture illustrates. I love how his hand is balled in a fist. to me this represents power.
