The Mathematical Seasons

~JOSEPH WEBB

Flowers as endless as π

Beauty as endless as π, derivatives of spring.

The sun acute in the sky,
follows the arc of a circle,
tangent to the point on the perimeter.

Heat rises like an exponential function.

The changing colors of the leaves, brings about a new breeze.

Leaves falling like a decaying function, follow the golden ratio.

Temperatures as low as e-x.

Hexagonal frozen water falls from the sky, stacking up like compound interest.
